This is at the where we just saying the same thing over and over. Sorry but your wrong here. Your a big throuple fan great but your doing what your excusing me of doing. Josy and Maya problem are far deeper then Patrick they no longer love each the way they did, maybe it can save if mc balance with both girls but they are headed to a breakup throuple or not. It is very silly to think it not important to show them together I stand by if we didn't see or hear about it then it didn't happen
In my experience, solo stans are the most blinkered because they want to believe there is no love there because it makes themselves feel better about the potential future of a solo path and throuple fans have a more balanced and objective view because they see the whole picture and not just what they want to see.

Have fun living in cloud cuckoo land, boyo. I hope the air is fresh up there but don't get too much higher on the supply than you already are

Fighting hard a lot at the moment as its been pointed out, some might say successfully, over the last few days that Josy has no real story.
Sad but true. Mr. Perfectionist hasn't written anything for her other than "Maya's DLC"
Maya did try to bully Josy out of joining the hots, she is pretty judgemental of Josy season one really fast to think the worse of Josy just to name two
I said, I say and I will say: Josy should have given Maya emotional support at that moment and been with her girlfriend, and not "I WANT TO BE WITH HOTS!" That would have been right.
From what I've seen, this guy tends to make a lot of weird statemtents that aren't much based in reality, so is it really much of a surprise they've done it again?

But, if I were to hazard a guess, it's probably that moment at the start of Ep 7 because everyone usually points to that even though I think it's a perfectly understandable emotional reaction. I mean, Maya's feeling like the HOTs just humiliated both of them by lying to them about the tuition, but mostly that her hopes at getting out from Patrick's control have been dashed, and then her gf still says she wants to join that sorority. So when Josy says that, it feels like a betrayal, it feels like Josy doesn't have her back, and nobody wants or would like to feel that about their partner, so her reaction is understandable, imo, and definitely nowhere close to Patrick levels of abuse. That's a crazy thing to say.
That's right, she shouldn't have chosen herself at that moment and waited a bit. Maya is vulnerable in moments of emotional crises and she needs a "shoulder".
I've known Darkven for a long time and I'm okay with him, I just wanted to hear his version.

Neither of which borders on Patrick Levels of Abuse. - However, Maya has seen the HOTs for what they are at this point, or Rather Quinn, she can't stand the woman at this point and to be fair Quinn is not too keen on her either. If Josy were to join the HOTs it just be another potential block in their relationship. Yeah, she could have been nicer to her about it or gone about it in a different way, but in her mind, she's losing the battle that Blue Milk has touched upon.

To be fair, Josy and Maya don't really interact in season up until episode 3, and by that time she thought it was over. heck they both do. People do generally get hostile at the end of the relationship, there was also the fact that josy went radio silent due to the fact she got her phone took off her? Why because she had the MC potentially balls deep in her.

Honestly they are both as bad as each other - and neither are as bad as Patrick
What Maya did is far worse she never gave Josy a chance she just assume the worse of her. Josy had sex with MC but at least she showed cared about Maya. Something Maya never did with Josy she doesn't give a shit about her just whining about her life

When your partner doesn't side with you, especially at such a low and vulnerable moment, it hurts and feels like betrayal.

Maya had an emotional reaction to what Josy said as anyone would when they feel hurt by their partner. It's understandable and in no way close to "abuse".

So that's how it is...
And how did you know that they no longer love each other?
Did they tell you themselves?
I'm sorry, but I doubt it. :sneaky:
So this is just your opinion. :WeSmart:
It is just my opinion your right about that but it is based on what is shown in game it pretty clear they prefer MC over the other girl. Maybe I read it wrong but after everything I seen in the game this is what makes the most sense regardless of how I feel

What do y'all think bella's hiding in her room? Her dead husband perhaps she murdered?
Depends on exactly what year the game happens, but I'd say Bella is old enough that photo albums were still a thing when she was a teenager. Pictures of her and James, of her and Lana, of her and Lynette of course etc.

Maya is Abusive towards Josy - I definitely missed that comment.
The only indication for abuse I'd say could be the "mean messages" that Josy mentions when they reunite. But we don't know the contents of said "mean posts", so calling Maya abusive is a stretch.
The way I see it, Maya is just a lot more selfish/self-centered. Josy gives more into their relationship, with little return. And while Maya attitude is somewhat excused by her situation, One has to ask: for how long is it excusable? Cause that shit has been going for a while. Simply put, Josy deserves better form her partner.
That aside, I don't like Maya cause she lies to the MC and cause at times she is hypocritical.

Maya is the one in the wrong here it very selfish of Maya to want Josy to give up her dreams just to make her feel better that's not love, it control. The Hot's aren't bad just what Quinn did was wrong Josy wanting to join them isn't her being unsupported or selfish MC even says the same thing. Maya should put her hurt pride aside and support Josy for once

I said something similar last night, Calling her essentially a crutch for Maya's story - cause obviously without her there's no same sex relationship drama that drives Maya's and therefore the main plot forward.

Ultimately, because Josy is front-ended into the story, that is to say, we know most if not all the important shit about her by chapter two and she's also practically in Love with the MC by here too. By the time she gets to B&R her character has nowhere to go now, whereas Sage has the breakup, the slow falling for MC, her true family reveal. Jill has the blackmail, her family reveal, the slowly falling in love with MC, Bella again the slowly falling for the MC, the mystery with her family, etc

All the others have yet to fall for the MC, and that's their story going forward. Josy is already there, so there's nothing to tell. She's a convenient plot device to allow Patrick to do a shady loan, which allows Maya to try and join the Hots for tuition, which allows Sage to break the bad news, which allows Maya to go to Burke and "expose" the restaurant.

I'm not saying she is not important, it could be argued she's the entire driving force for the whole thing, but once we set off on that journey, she's not really needed anymore other than motivation for Maya to keep going.

Maybe I read it wrong
Understatement of the century

When the majority seem to recognise that their interest in the MC is a direct result of the separation caused by Patrick's threat making them emotionally vulnerable to someone else's advances despite still having feelings of love and want of their current partner, I think I go with the majority on this one since that's what's most clearly obvious to just about everyone.

You really expect Maya, after feeling humiliated and having her hopes dashed to just be like, "Yeah, that's cool Josy. I'm OK with you joining a sorority that played us for fools and ruined our chances to be together without my Dad breathing down our necks. Thank you so much for telling me this when I'm still massively hurt and depressed about what just happened"?

Gimme a break

Thing is, without this relationship drama, the "main plot" of Quinn and all that stuff is still chugging along and isn't really affected by that. If there was no JM relationship, Josy would be the easiest girl in the whole but Maya would still have the abusive, controlling Dad and teminally ill Mom at home. The controlling aspect over her orientation wouldn't be there, sure, but it would be under the surface, and she'd still have a more things going than Josy.

Ultimately, because Josy is front-ended into the story, that is to say, we know most if not all the important shit about her by chapter two and she's also practically in Love with the MC by here too.
More like obsessed than in love, imo.

Oh, Josy's definitely the key component to Maya's drama because if not in this relationship, Maya doesn't have the ultimatum. It's Maya's and Josy's wish to want to find a way out of the predicament they're in that then becomes both of their stories.

Maya didn't want Josy to give up on her dreams. Maya is an introvert and makes maximalist statements when she is stressed, letting off steam. At this moment, you just have to emotionally comfort your girlfriend and be with her and DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT JOINING THE HOTs. You can talk about it in a day or two, when the situation cools down. From Maya's point of view, she didn't know that it was only Quinn. Josy just had to give Maya time to cool off.

I don't know what the game is showing you, but to me it's showing that Maya and Josy are OK. :cautious:

What the game shows is 2 people caught between the love they feel for each other and being in a difficult spot in their relationship because of outside forces that they can either overcome or succumb to. If they didn't love each other and knew it, then they'd split, easy as that. The fact they don't and what they say in the game shows that they do love each other and that's what makes it so difficult to know what to do because as much as they don't want to lose each other, they also don't want to be in this stressful situation where they can't relax and be open with each other because of Patrick.

If the breakup does happen, it won't be for lack of love, it will be because one or both simply can't deal with the difficulties anymore.

don't be a HB no one likes that guy. Keep in mind the only way you can rightly say im wrong is if the game ends and no breakup happens and be honest it more likely they do breakup then they don't
Not saying no break up happens, just saying that I believe you're wrong on your perception of their relationship and that it isn't backed up by what the game is actually showing us. It clearly shows the girls are conflicted when off path and you don't feel that way if there's no love anymore, you feel that because there is and it makes it difficult to know what to do; either stick with your love and hope things can get better, or jump ship, hurt yourself and them, and hope that there's a better prospect out there. That's where they're both at right now, and that's the truth.
